D | 3.对无智能手机的人员由采样点发放“核酸已采凭证”。4.采样后未接到通知的，检测结果即为阴性，全员新冠病毒核酸筛查不出具书面报告。5.25类重点人群及黄码、红码人员严格按照规定的检测频次和方式，定时进行核酸检测。五、特别提示从即日起，凡是进入新乐市所有党政机关、企事业单位、商场、超市、医疗机构、宾馆饭店、商务楼宇、景区景点、农贸市场、公园游园、图书馆、博物馆、美术馆、展览馆、电影院、棋牌室、网吧、歌厅、舞厅、酒吧、茶座、体育场、游泳馆、公共浴室、理发店、美容店等人群经常聚集、供公众使用或提供服务的所有公共场所和乘坐公共交通工具，要查验健康码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明或“核酸已采凭证”。
